VEGEMITE Collectable Sandwich Box Offer – Gift with Purchase Terms & Conditions

Participation in the Promotion (as defined below) is governed by these terms and conditions. Information on how to claim a Gift (as defined below) forms part of these terms and conditions. Participation in the Promotion and accepting a Gift, is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Promotion VEGEMITE Collectable Sandwich Box Offer (Promotion). 
Promotion Promoter BDD Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 68 083 019 390) of 737 Bourke Street, Docklands, Vic (Bega, we, our, us, Promoter)]. 
Gift  There are 50,000 of VEGEMITE Sandwich Box  valued at $14.94 including GST(Gift). Total value of the giveaway depends on the number of Gifts claimed. Any costs not expressly included in the Gift description are the responsibility of the Claimant. 
Promotion Period  Promotion commences at 12.01am AEDT on 23 June 2025 until 11:59pm AEDT on 3 August 2025, or while Gift stock lasts whichever happens first (Promotion Period).   Gift claims received after 11.59pm on 12 May 2025 will not be accepted.   Bega may extend or amend the Promotion Period, at its discretion. Any amendment or extension will be advertised instore at Participating Outlets or on Bega’s website.  Gifts are subject to availability limits. Bega accepts no liability if Gifts are no longer available at any or all Participating Outlets during the Promotion Period.  [However, if a Gift is unavailable for any reason during the Promotion Period, the Participant may return their Eligible Purchase for a full refund at the time of purchase (provided the Eligible Purchase(s) has not been opened or consumed and is otherwise in saleable condition). 
Participating Outlet Independent Supermarkets, which Bega has invited to participate in the Promotion (Participating Outlet) 
Redeeming a Gift/Eligible Purchase Purchase any 2 of the following products from a Participating Outlet during the Promotion Period: VEGEMITE products (excluding VEGEMITE licensed products and collaborations);  Bega Peanut Butter branded products; Bega Simply Nuts branded products; B honey branded products;  Bega Peanut Butter Whipped products; Leo Coco products;  Bega Cheddar Block (ambient) products; or Bega Cream Cheese Spread (ambient) branded products,   from a Participating Outlet during the Promotion Period and claim the Gift at the Participating Outlet.  Claimants are responsible for collecting the Gift at the Participating Outlet at the time of purchase. Gifts cannot be claimed at a later stage and will not be delivered to Claimants.  
Restrictions on redeeming a Gift  Multiple claims per person will be permitted, however only one claim for each Eligible Purchase will apply.   There are 50,000 Gifts available during the Promotion. There are 2 types of Gifts and there are 25,000 of each type. The number of Gifts available from each Participating Outlet may vary. Gifts cannot be exchanged with Participating Outlets for other Gifts.  
Claimant/Participant  Person(s) who participated in the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (Claimant or Participant). 
Faulty or damaged Gifts The Gifts come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (Australian Consumer Law). Claimants are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Bega will replace the item (or at its discretion, may repair or refund the claimant) within a reasonable time.  Where a Gift is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, Bega accepts no liability and will not provide a refund, exchange or repair. If a Gift is faulty or damaged, please contact Bega at 1800 571 833 and return the Gift within 28 days of receipt of the Gift. Bega requires satisfactory proof of purchase before (e.g., a receipt) before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to any condition, warranty or right implied by, or any statutory consumer guarantee contained in, any law (including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) which cannot by law be excluded by agreement, Bega, excludes, to the maximum extent permitted by law, all liability whatsoever that may arise as a result of use of any of the Gifts, except as set out in these Terms and Conditions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties in respect of the Gifts are excluded and claimants have no other rights, apart from those expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions. Subject to the above paragraphs and despite any implication arising from any other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, Bega is not, and will not be, liable to Claimants in contract, in tort (including negligence), under any statute (to the extent permitted by law) or otherwise for, or in respect of, any direct or indirect loss, costs or damages that Claimants incur or are liable for in connection with Claimants’ use of the Gifts. 
Unplanned Failures If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion does not, or is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failures, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts of affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. 
Not liable for Participating Outlets Bega is not liable for any acts or omissions of the owners, management or staff of Participating Outlets. 
Cannot buy Gifts Gifts cannot be bought or sold for cash or any cash substitute. 
Other offers  Offer is made independently from any other offer. Claimants must retain the receipt from the original purchase to claim the Gift.  
Minors  If a Gift is being claimed on behalf of a recipient or customer under the age of 18 years (Minor), the Minor’s parent or legal guardian of that person must be present for the duration of the Gift and accepts these Terms and Conditions on the Minor’s behalf.  [Gifts are for those of 5 years of age or older. Please see the Gift packaging for any safety warnings. Adult supervision is required for children aged under 5 years of age due to a risk of choking hazard]. 
Non-eligibility Bega’s employees, management, directors, officers, contractors, sub-contractors and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.  
General  These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.  Bega may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such amendments are effective upon being published on Bega’s website or as otherwise notified. It is your responsibility to check the website. By accepting a Gift, Claimants accept any such variation to the Terms and Conditions.
