VEGEMITE Pasta with Spinach & Tomato

Prep Time: 10 | Cooking Time: 12 | Serves: 4


  • 500g pasta, bow shape
  • 2 tbsp VEGEMITE & Cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 250g cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • Parmesan to garnish


1. Bring a large pot of water to the boil. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions.

2. When pasta is cooked, drain the pasta reserving 1/4 cup of pasta water. Return pasta to the pot, stir through the VEGEMITE & Cheese, and reserved water.

3. Add the spinach and tomatoes. Stir over low heat until the pasta is coated and the spinach is wilted.

4. Add the grated cheese and stir to combine.

5. Remove from heat and divide between 4 bowls. Garnish with fresh parmesan.
