Heat the oven to 200°C.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Split each English muffin with a knife and place on the baking sheet with the insides facing up.
Spread VEGEMITE on each muffin, smoothing out in a thin layer using a knife.
Peel the Bega Stringers into ribbons. Carefully place the cheese ribbons on the muffins to look like mummies.
Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and place them on the muffins to create the mummies eyes.
Thinly slice the Pimento-stuffed olives and place on top of the baby tomatoes.
Bake the mummy melts for 8 to 12 minutes, until the cheese looks melted and the muffins are hot on the bottom.
