Makes: 20 cheese bites
225g Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
1 Cup Plain Flour
1 Cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs
5 tsp VEGEMITE in a piping bag
In three shallow dishes place: flour, egg (whisked) and in the 3rd dish the bread crumbs.
Cut the Mozzarella cheese into bite sized pieces.
Toss cheese bites in flour, shake off excess – line on tray facing up.
With the piping bag, add 1/4 tsp of VEGEMITE on the top of each bite.
Dip each bite in the eggs and then in bread crumb mixture.
Heat vegetable oil to 175°C, once oil is to temperature carefully place Mozzarella bites in pot and cook until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
